Fate Infinite: Portal Defense

Account deletion

How to delete a Fate Infinite: Portal Defense anonymous online account.

Delete from the game

  1. Connect the device to the internet and open Fate Infinite: Portal Defense.
  2. Open Settings and choose Delete Online Account.
  3. Choose whether to keep the local game profile on that device or remove it with the online account.
  4. Wait for the game to confirm that the online deletion completed.

The authenticated in-game route is the fastest and most reliable option because the device holds the anonymous account credential.

What deletion removes

Account inactivity does not trigger deletion. The 30-day period starts only after the player explicitly submits an authenticated deletion request.

Deletion revokes sessions and immediately removes the account's server-side profile and stage data, battle-run records, request-retry records, advertisement opportunities, and bonus receipts. Only a deleted-account marker and an encrypted replay response remain for 30 days so the same deletion request can be retried safely. During private pre-release testing, an owner-run cleanup removes those remaining records after that window; automatic daily scheduling is required before public release. No separate account-level anti-abuse or legal record is currently retained.

If you choose to keep the local profile, campaign progress and ordinary rewards stored on that device remain. Removing or resetting local data does not itself delete an online account.

If the app or credential is unavailable

The account is anonymous and is not linked to your email address, name, or social account. If the app was uninstalled, its storage was cleared, or the device was lost, we may be unable to identify or verify control of the anonymous account.

You may email contact@fateinfinite.com for help. Explain that the request concerns Fate Infinite: Portal Defense and whether the original device and app installation are still available. Do not email passwords, authentication tokens, payment details, or government identifiers. We will explain what can be verified without claiming that an email address proves ownership of an unlinked account.

The online account service is currently in private pre-release testing. If it is temporarily unavailable, retry the authenticated in-game deletion after service is restored or contact support.
